Development of Consciousness through Action

Development of Consciousness through Action
By Peter Belohlavek

“Development of consciousness through action” is one of the deepest and most unveiling works on human behavior because of its direct impact in the world of work and personal development. The discovery of the unicist ontology of consciousness and the development of its ontogenetic map opened the possibilities to manage adaptive systems for everyone. It allows individuals to develop their level of consciousness expanding their possibilities to diagnose, build strategies and develop structural solutions in the real world.
This research demanded more than 35 years and included experiences with thousands of individuals, hundreds of organizations and more than 50 countries. These experiences dealt with the institutional and the collective unconscious and with cultural archetypes and included particularly the monitoring of the evolution of 22 individuals for more than 20 years.
Human intelligence expands through actions - this is well known and evident in the “stroke rehabilitation” processes. So does consciousness.
As a result of this research, one conclusion defined its reach: "Everyone can expand their consciousness if they have the responsibility to make things happen in the real world. They need to have the will to do so and the disposition to pay the prices to achieve it while empowering everyday actions."
This book provides the rational approach to understand the process in order to avoid the confusion with esoteric approaches to consciousness expansion and provides the structure of actions that need to be developed using the available technologies.
